Sweepstakes begins June 16, 2009 and ends July 30, 2009.

1. How to enter:
To enter, complete and submit the online Sweepstakes Entry Form found at www.crabtree-evelyn.com. Entry will only be accepted online and any other attempts at entry are void. Limit of one entry per person, per household. If an entrant is found to have entered more than once, s/he will be disqualified. Entrants must be the authorized account holder of the email account from which the entry is made. Incomplete information or tampering with entries may result in disqualification of entry. A purchase will not improve the chances of winning. Entries will be accepted from 8pm EST on June 16, 2009 through 12pm. EST July 30, 2009. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

2. Eligibility:
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry. Employees of Crabtree & Evelyn, Ltd., Kuala Lumpur Kepong Bhd., their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, distributors, retailers, advertising, public relations and production agencies, electronic media firms and their respective immediate families are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is governed by United States law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

3. Sweepstakes Prize and Weekly Drawing:
A total of six (6) prizes will be awarded, one in each of six weekly random drawings. Dates of the weekly random drawings are June 23, 2009; June 30, 2009; July 7, 2009; July 14, 2009; July 21 2009: July 30 2009. Each randomly selected winner will receive a $250 Crabtree & Evelyn Gift Card. Retail value of each prize is a maximum of $250. Total maximum retail value of all prizes offered as part of this Sweepstakes is $1,500. Crabtree & Evelyn, Ltd. reserves the right to substitute prize for another prize of equal value. Gift Cards are good for purchases at Crabtree & Evelyn retail stores or by calling customer service at 1-800-CRABTREE. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for purchases of gift cards, as an adjustment to prior purchase, at independent retailers or exchanged for cash. Selection of product as prize is dependent on and subject to availability of product items in stock at time of prize notification.

Prizes are non-transferrable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Any expenses or costs associated with Sweepstakes prizes, including but not limited to all local, state and federal taxes, are the sole responsibility of the individual winners.

4. Winner Notification:
Winner will be notified within forty-eight (48) hours of each weekly random drawing by email using the email address supplied with the winning entry. Two attempts will be made to contact the winning entrant within the forty-eight (48) hour period after each weekly drawing. If both attempts fail for any reason to reach the winning entrant, including, but not limited to, the entrant’s use of a spam filter or if the winning entrant fails to respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours of transmission of notification by Crabtree & Evelyn, Ltd., the winning entrant will be disqualified and an alternate winning entry may be randomly selected in the sole and absolute discretion of Crabtree & Evelyn, Ltd. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. It is each entrant’s sole responsibility to notify Crabtree & Evelyn, Ltd. of any changes in email address. The prize will ship after notification that s/he was selected as a winner, to the mailing address supplied in response to the prize award notification. In the event of any dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, entry will be deemed submitted by the eligible person who is the authorized account holder of the e-mail account in question. “Authorized account holder” will be deemed to be the person assigned to an email account by the entity responsible for assigning accounts for the domain associated with a submitted entry.

5. General:
By entering the Sweepstakes, the entrant acknowledges that s/he has read, understands and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and further agrees to become a member of Crabtree & Evelyn’s Email Exclusives Club.

Any and all decisions made with respect to this Sweepstakes are made in the sole and absolute discretion of Crabtree & Evelyn, Ltd. and shall be final.

In no event will Crabtree & Evelyn, Ltd., Kuala Lumpur Kepong Bhd., or their respective parents, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries or agents be responsible for damages or losses of any kind, whether direct or indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive, arising out of entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, any prizes won, entrant’s access to or use of Crabtree & Evelyn’s website, or the accessing, downloading or printing of any material available on Crabtree & Evelyn’s website. Without limiting the foregoing, Crabtree & Evelyn’s website is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Crabtree & Evelyn, Ltd., Kuala Lumpur Kepong Bhd. and their respective parents, affiliates, divisions and subsidiaries are not responsible for phone, electrical, network, computer, transmission, server hardware or software program malfunctions, failures or difficulties, including, without limitation, delay in and/or inability to access the website or any other website associated with the Sweepstakes. Crabtree & Evelyn, Ltd. is not responsible for lost, delayed, illegible, misdirected, or corrupted entries. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt. All entries become the property of Crabtree & Evelyn, Ltd. and will not be acknowledged or returned. Crabtree & Evelyn, Ltd. is not responsible for any damage to entrant’s computer system or software that may be occasioned by participation in the Sweepstakes. Crabtree & Evelyn, Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes in the event it becomes infected by a virus or otherwise technically corrupted.

By entering or accepting a prize in connection with this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to defend, release and hold harmless Crabtree & Evelyn, Ltd., Kuala Lumpur Kepong Bhd. and their respective parents, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, and agents from and against any and all claims, actions and/or liability for injuries or damages of any kind sustained in connection with the Sweepstakes, acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize awarded or any related activities.

By entering, entrants consent to the use of any publicity generated as a result of the Sweepstakes on the Crabtree & Evelyn website at any time without further notice.

6. Winners List:
For a list of the names of all Sweepstakes winners, available approximately one (1) month after the completion of the Sweepstakes: write to Crabtree & Evelyn Online Sweepstakes, c/o Crabtree & Evelyn, Ltd., 102 Peake Brook Rd., P.O. Box 167, Woodstock, CT 06281 USA and include a self-addressed stamped envelope.
