We want you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase. And if you’re not, returns are easy. See the details of our policy below.

Please note that gift cards are not returnable or refundable and all returns are subject to verification of original sale. Crabtree & Evelyn reserves the right to limit or deny returns.

Returns by mail

Returns by mail must be received within 60 days of the original purchase date indicated on your receipt and must include a copy of the receipt.

You must obtain a Return Authorisation Number before any item(s) can be returned. Request a Return Authorisation Number by calling 1-800-272-2873 Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 7.p.m. Eastern Standard Time, and, Friday 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, or by sending an email to askus@crabtree-evelyn.com. Returns cannot be processed without a copy of the original receipt and a Return Authorisation Number.

Carefully pack the item(s) being returned along with a copy of the receipt noting the Return Authorisation Number and ship to:

Refunds (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be applied to the debit or credit card account used for the original order. Please allow up to two (2) billing cycles for your refund to post to your account.

Returns in-store

You may also return your online purchase, to any North American Crabtree & Evelyn full-line retail store.

Returns with an original receipt will be accepted if made within 60 days of original purchase date indicated on the receipt and item[s] being returned will be refunded as follows:

If the lowest price is:
Equal to or less than $5, the full amount will be refunded in cash.
Greater than $5, a merchandise credit will be issued.

Any item returned without a receipt will be refunded at the lowest offered price reflected in our system for the item being returned, and refunded as follows:

If the lowest price is:
Equal to or less than $5, the full amount will be refunded in cash.
Greater than $5, a merchandise credit will be issued.
