ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS POLICY - UNITED STATES

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your Crabtree-Evelyn.com purchase, unless otherwise provided for below, we will give you a refund for item(s) returned. Gift Cards are not returnable or refundable. All returns are subject to verification of original sale. Crabtree & Evelyn reserves the right to limit or deny returns.

Returning an Online Purchase by Mail in the United States:

  • Crabtree-Evelyn.com accepts returns with a copy of your original invoice within 60 days of the original purchase date indicated on your invoice.
  • You must obtain a Return Authorization Number before any item(s) can be returned. You may request a Return Authorization Number by calling 1-800-CRABTREE (800.272.2873) Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm Eastern time or by sending an email to askus@crabtree-evelyn.com.
  • Once you have obtained a Return Authorization Number, carefully pack the item(s) being returned along with a copy of the invoice noting the Return Authorization Number and ship to:

  • Returns cannot be processed without a copy of the original invoice and a Return Authorization Number.
  • Refunds (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be applied to the debit or credit card account used for the original order. Please allow up to two (2) billing cycles for your refund to post to your account.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
  • Please provide a daytime phone number where we may contact you with any questions.

Returning an Online Purchase to a Crabtree & Evelyn Retail Store in the United States:

You may also return your online purchase, except sleepwear, to any United States Crabtree & Evelyn full-price retail store. Sorry, we are unable to process sleepwear returns in-store. For sleepwear returns, kindly refer to Returning an Online Purchase by Mail in the United States.

In-store Returns with an Invoice:

Returns with an invoice are accepted within 60 days of original purchase date indicated on the invoice.

  • Present the item(s) being returned along with the original invoice and the credit or debit card used for your purchase for a refund to your account (excluding shipping and handling charges). Please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to post to your account.

In-Store Returns without an invoice:

Any item returned without a invoice will be refunded at the lowest offered price reflected in our system for the item being returned.

If the lowest price is:

  • Equal to or less than $5, the full amount will be refunded in cash.
  • Greater than $5, a merchandise credit will be issued.

Refunds on overcharge:

If an error results in an overcharge, upon presentation of an original receipt a refund for the difference between the price charged and the posted or advertised retail price at the time of purchase will be issued in the original form of payment. See a sales associate for assistance if you think you were overcharged.
