1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
For the drink:
2 ounces gin
1/2 cup water
1/2 ounce juice of fresh key lime
3/4 ounce rosemary syrup
1/2 ounce pomegranate juice
Sprig of rosemary and mint leaf for garnish (optional)
For the lavender syrup:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons of coarsely chopped, dried culinary lavender
For the drink:
1-1/2 ounces vodka
3/4 ounce lavender syrup
1/4 ounce Page’s Parfait Amour
3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Top off with soda water
Sprig of fresh lavender for garnish (optional)

1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/4 ounce grenadine
3 dashes bitters
1 ounce lavender syryp (or more to taste)
