GIFT BOXING SERVICES
Our signature gift boxes & decorative bags are the perfect packaging for
your gift. We will gift box your order for minimal charge of $4.00. You may
also choose to enclose a personalized gift card with your message written on it. Please note that all items in one
order will be wrapped as one gift.
If you would like to have your order gift-boxed, simply select the 'Gift Box' option in Step 1 of our checkout process. Your order will be gift boxed or placed in a decorative bag depending on the size and shape of your purchase.

Purchasing a Gift Card
• Crabtree & Evelyn Gift cards can be purchased at Crabtree-evelyn.com
and at any Crabtree & Evelyn retail store. Gift cards are available in any
denomination
• Gifts cards are not available for purchase by CA customers.
• There is no charge for the tax or standard shipping of our Gift Cards.
If you are purchasing other items in addition to your Gift Card(s), the value
of the Gift Card(s) will be subtracted from the item subtotal before calculating
tax and base shipping rates.

Redeeming Gift Cards
• Gift cards can not be redeemed at Crabtree-evelyn.com, but may be redeemed
by visiting one of our retail stores or by calling our Customer Service department

Checking the balance of your Gift Card
• You can check the amount that you have left on your Gift card by calling
one of our Customer Representative Specialists Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm
EST at 1- 800-Crabtree. They will be happy to assist.
Lost or stolen Gift Cards
• Gift Cards can not be replaced if lost or stolen, or if unauthorized
usage occurs.
Online E-Gift Certificate
• We do not offer this service at this time.
PROMOTIONAL GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. By accepting and retaining the Card or using the Card, you agree to these terms and conditions, as well as future terms and conditions and program/service changes. Crabtree & Evelyn reserves the right to change the format, elements, and terms and conditions of the Card program at any time without notice. The Card and associated offers are void where prohibited by law. The terms “you” and “your” mean the individual to whom the Card was issued.
2. Your right to use the funds on the Card is a limited right, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement and applicable law. The Card is redeemable at participating Crabtree & Evelyn US stores. Use of the Card is limited to the amount of funds associated with the Card. You cannot increase the funds on the Card. The Card is non-transferrable and intended solely for use by the individual to whom it is issued. Resale of the Card or use for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes is strictly prohibited. The Card may not be used for the purchase of apparel, Vera Bradley® items or Crabtree & Evelyn gift cards or in conjunction with any other discount, offer or coupon. The card is not redeemable for cash or at independent specialty boutiques or online. Please note that purchases made with the Card are similar to those made with cash in that you cannot “stop payment” on such transactions. Crabtree & Evelyn is not responsible for errors or omissions. The full amount of each purchase, including taxes, will be deducted from the funds held on the Card, up to the total funds available on the Card.
3. The laws of Connecticut govern the Card and the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
4. Please note that the Card has an expiration date. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the promotional offer for the expiration date of the Card. After that date, the funds will expire, and the Card will not be accepted by Crabtree & Evelyn. After that expiration date, please cut up the Card and dispose of it. Invalid Cards are not replaceable or returnable. You should safeguard the Card from unauthorized use. It is your responsibility to record your account number and the four-digit PIN number found on the back of your Card and keep this record in a secure place. Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen or if unauthorized use occurs. Crabtree & Evelyn reserves the right to cancel the Card at any time without notice. The Card is the property of Crabtree & Evelyn.
5. The Card may only be used by individuals in the United States and the District of Columbia, is valid only on purchases of full price merchandise in US dollars, and if used in store must be surrendered at time of purchase. You may not return merchandise obtained with the Card for a cash refund. You agree to use the Card only for legitimate purchases of merchandise or services from Crabtree & Evelyn and not for the purpose of obtaining cash from Crabtree & Evelyn. The Card cannot be used to adjust prior purchases.
6. It is your responsibility to know the amount of funds available on the Card. If your desired purchase amount is greater than the funds available on the Card, supplemental payment may be made using any other form of payment accepted by Crabtree & Evelyn. To use supplemental payment, you should instruct Crabtree & Evelyn to apply an amount not to exceed the funds available on the Card and that you will pay the balance using a different method of payment. If, for any reason whatsoever, a transaction is processed despite insufficient available funds on the Card (creating a "negative" amount, referred to herein as a "shortage"), you agree to reimburse Crabtree & Evelyn, upon request, for the amount of the shortage. In addition, subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to charge a shortage fee of $25 per transaction every time your use of the Card results in a shortage, subject to applicable law.
7. This gift card promotion is designed to provide a benefit to our individual customers by permitting individual customers to purchase items of Crabtree & Evelyn merchandise for their own personal use at a discount. These promotional gift cards are not transferable and have no cash value. Crabtree & Evelyn reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to honor any Card that is used in a manner inconsistent with these objectives, including without limitation any fraudulent use. If Crabtree & Evelyn suspects misuse, the Card may be suspended or terminated.
NOTICE OF PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY
8. As part of providing you with the Card, Crabtree & Evelyn may obtain personal information about you that is used on Crabtree & Evelyn’s behalf to support and enhance your use of the Card. Any such use shall be in compliance with Crabtree & Evelyn’s Privacy & Security Statement, as updated from time to time, a copy of which can be found at:
