When you need a pick-me-up, pick up this cooler
Directions
1. In a pan, combine 100ml water with 200g caster sugar and 1 tsp each rosewater and pink peppercorns. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer, stirring, until clear and syrupy. Leave to cool; chill until needed.
2. Fill a glass with ice. Add 1 tsp rose and pink peppercorn syrup and 60ml watermelon juice. Top up with soda. Garnish with cucumber and rose petals.
