This position will assist in the analysis, planning and implementation of initiatives within the Business Operations area, focusing on projects relating to operational, sales (retail and wholesale) and marketing planning. Duties include evaluating data gathered from multiple sources and systems (internal and external), reconciling differences and decomposing high-level information into details; developing and preparing weekly/monthly sales and marketing KPI analysis and reports; and analyzing retail sales performance, reporting on key business metrics and developing insights through customer and marketing promotional analysis. Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred. Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ related business analysis experience, preferably in a consumer products industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing, business analysis and methodology documentation; strong analytical and problem solving skills coupled with thoroughness and attention to detail; self-starter with the ability to work independently/proactively, with a willingness to take initiative to solve problems quickly; ability to work closely with the data and technology specialists on project assignments. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Proficient in Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
